Gimme a minute, it's still loading

Added a very basic countdown on the start of a level

When you load into the map you chose in the lobby, the game will wait for all the players to load into the map and then the countdown will begin, after it finishes you’ll all be able to fly right onto the track.
Previously you would just be able to fly around even when other players were loading which actually caused issues, so it’s two birds with one stone (I am aware of the irony)
